4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

All About Grout stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer service-specific warranties on restoration work — details will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural wear, structural movement, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

All About Grout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and before-and-after photos — is the property of All About Grout and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Before-and-after photos and videos may be used by us for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
